Prices and Bursary

Our fees for 2026 are £480. We have kept the price as low as we can whilst incurring venue inflationary increases. We always keep our costs under review and aim to provide good quality places and teaching at our conferences.

Please do make use of our bursary fund if needed, more information about our bursary is detailed below.

EARLY BIRD PRICES FOR TEAM AND CREW

Each year we provide early bird prices for TEAM and CREW. These are split into super early bird rates of £280 up until the end of January and then early bird rates of £380 up until the end of April.

Due to the uncertain nature of summers for university students, we hold advanced booking rates of £280 for CREW until the end of April.

We are aware that some may struggle with the fees, so we have a dedicated Bursary Fund to provide financial support for young people, CREW and TEAM. In 2025 we were able to provide bursary support to 16% of attendees at Contagious.

In total, thanks to the generous donations received from individuals and churches, we were able to offer bursary awards totalling £26,202, with a further £3,657 of awards given through churches paying us directly a proportion of the fees for young people and leaders from their church families (not including churches who gave directly to the families) and £5,121 in grants from the David Chilcott Fund.

Applying for a bursary

You are able to apply for Bursary Support during the booking process, by answering ‘yes’ to the question ‘Do you need to apply for a Bursary?’ and answering the questions that follow. The process will include providing a referee from your church who can support your application. 

We aim to be as generous as possible and don’t want cost to prevent you from attending. Examples of people who receive Bursary Support from us include those who work for a church or Christian charity on a low income, or who are part of a single-parent household, or those on a low income.

Further Support

Many people who attend Contagious each year have successfully made an application to the David Chilcott fund, who support young people to attend Christian camps. The David Chilcott Fund can provide support for up to a third of the fees of Contagious. Find out more

Many Churches provide financial support to their leaders and young people to attend Contagious. If your church would like to support your young people and leaders it is a great way to help invest in their discipleship. What our costs include

Around 60% of our fees each year goes towards food and accommodation. This provides 6 nights accommodation at our high quality venues with three cooked meals a day.

Around a third of the fees go to operational costs – this includes our small hard-working staff team who are employed to prepare for the events and ensure they run smoothly. Operational costs also include our £5m public liability insurance, CCLI licensing fees, membership fees, safeguarding, charity compliance and office costs.

The rest of the fees go into training our CREW and TEAM, teaching resources and all the on-site activities that take place during the Conferences.
